Privacy notice

THRIFTSCOUT is running a limited pilot. Accounts, listings and orders are real, but no card payments are collected and no payouts are sent through the app. These policies are drafts and are not attorney-approved.

Pilot accounts

Your email, profile name, listings, listing photos, orders and notifications are stored with our database provider (Supabase). Listing photos are public. Receipt photos are private: only the scout who uploaded them and THRIFTSCOUT administrators can view them. Store owners see totals for their store, never buyer identities.

The guided demo

The guided demo uses sample people and finds stored only in your browser. It never touches pilot accounts or store analytics. Clearing this site’s browser storage resets it.
